1mm - 1.2mm thick brass metal which is die stamped. RecDSMRs can be satin-finished or filled with enamel colours, all separated by a metal keyline. Raised metal is polished. Plated in gold, nickel, copper or black nickel metal - Epoxy is optional.

The process is ideal for the 'embossed' look, detailed with multi coloured designs and medals.
